Our Custom Home Building Process
- Consultation: Meet with the owner and builder to start speaking about your ideas. You are welcome to bring photos or magazine clippings of what you like and take inspiration from your new home. We’ll ask questions and make recommendations based on your budget and time frame.
- Design Plan: Our team creates a design plan based on the first conversation. We add finishes and material costs and leave allowances for products.
- Loan Approval: Meet with a lender to get approval for a loan to start your construction project.
- Start of Construction: Once we have finalized your home design plans and your loan has been approved, we will obtain and needed permits to start your construction.
